my Senior support blocks

Consultations are free.  I will meet with you to explore needs and create a personalized care plan together.  I want to ensure my services align with what you are seeking to support your individual needs.  Feel free to invite your support system to the meeting.  I would love to meet your family & have them help create a personalized care plan with us.

Support Blocks are available on Tuesday & Thursday.

Choose from 8:30- 11:30 OR 12:00 to 3:00

During these 3 hours, I will implement our personalized care plan.  Need to change up our plan for the day? Not a problem.  I am happy to accommodate you.   Blocks can be weekly or bi-weekly.  I limit my number of clients to ensure I am available when needed.  

Appointment Blocks are available on Monday & Wednesday between 9:00- 2:00. These blocks should be made 2 weeks in advance when needed.   I will pick you up get you to your appointment, wait with you & return your home safely.  Need to make a doctor's appointment?  Talk to me about scheduling an Appointment Block.  

I charge a flat rate of $30 per hour.  Invoices will be provided at end of Support Block or Appointment Block.
